The positive: you can walk to the metro and be in centro histórico in about 15 minutes. The area around it is a quaint, clean and hospitable beautiful jazz’s with live music and jasmine-filled corridors. The not-so-good: The room was by far, the smallest I have been to (including Japan, which is something). Staff: Housekeeping: Our reservation was specified as a two bed accommodation and we were given one big bed. Next night, the housekeeping staff fixed the room and gave us two twin beds!!! GRAZIE Front desk: The most condescending and rude in a while. Not unprofessional at al but with an attitude. After a long trip, we thought this was over-sensitivity on our part. But no, a different staff member next morning was as dry and condescending as the previous one. In one phrase: we liked the hotel but definitely did not feel welcome.

Great Hotel

Had to stay here after a problem with my other hotel. Great place, a great location, a comfortable room, spacious bathroom. The only thing I would have liked would have been a little bit hotter hot water.

The hotel was very close to the Bologna metro station and only 10-15 minutes away from city center! The staff was friendly! The hotel room was small and there were 2 sets of stairs just to get to the elevator and when one is traveling with heavy suitcases, it is inconvenient. We arrived before check in time and I was told we would be able to keep our bags safe in a room until then but they states there was no more space, so they kept our luggage in the lobby. The hotel is located right next to a supermarket and has many restaurants around it. The area is very popular with younger adults as there is many bars around the hotel. It is just around the corner from the metro and takes only 10-15 minutes to get to Roma Termini! Staff was nice and helpful!

Over priced hotel

Stayed for one night and i was glad that was only for that period. The room was poorly designed and lacked the rating of 3* to 4*. And the cost of nearly 50 € was way to over inflated. This is not a hotel that i would stay at again. Very poor and the decor is old and out dated.

Never ever will recommend anyone

One of my worst experience to stay, was bitten with bedbugs and now having raised bumps all over the body. Been to doctor and was given antibiotics course for 4-6 weeks.

You go upstairs to access the elevator which is hard to do if you have 2 or more baggage especially it’s a Winding staircases. Elevator is good for 1 person if you have several baggage. It is hard for elderly

Unfortunately this hotel is very old and ugly!

It’s best to look elsewhere. I feel bad for the staff who work there. The rooms were old and tiny. Toilet seat was cracked, the ceiling and windows just bad and you have to haul your bags up to the first floor in order to use the lift. The maids do a good job but it still doesn’t make up for the gross carpet and bedding. The breakfast was horrible. The only pro was the proximity to the metro.

The hotel needs renovation. The beds are a bit sqeeky and could use softer pillows. Service at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate. This hotel has easy access to the metro and is close to long distance bus service. It's in a lively student area rather than a tourist area. It was inexpensive and good for a short stay.

Quite and nice hotel

The stay was really nice, the friendly staff let us into the room even before the chek in time. Not so many people in the hotel - very quite. For breakfast there is a rich choice of good food and not many people to eat it. The area is a bit far from the center, but there is a metro right around the corner.

It's a nice hotel to stay in the city centre, the facilities in the room are a bit out dated, so not great. Lovely location about 2mins walk from the Metro station, with a 24 hrs shop next to it. Nice places to eat,etc

This hotel is a good value for money and we loved the location, in not so crowded area. The staff can tell you everything you need to know. Great big thanks to the friendly lady who made the breakfast, was good! Metro right in the corner of the hotel, takes you almost anywhere you want to go.
