Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed us to leave luggage when we check out and use the washroom when we returned later. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning and hot water worked well. As mentioned, no elevator but just one floor up. Very close to Roma Termini and a metro station. Also good dining options nearby. Good location as a base to explore the city.

This was a last minute booking because I got stuck due to train strike (missed the last one running North). Staff was good and it was very clean, but bed was very soft / bouncy and there was quite a bit of noise.

Located at the back of Rome termini. Very near walk to Vittorio Emmanuel subway. The room and bathroom are cleaned everyday. The staff very helpful. The rooms are accessible by stairs.

convenient to Roma Termini and short walk to the Colosseum. The front desk was great! Camilla even walked us to the direction we need to go to see the Colosseum! Would come back to stay here again!

I do NOT like the water turned COLD in the middle of the shower. I do NOT like water dripping down the air conditioner making the place all wet As i know that the hotel will not change because of my complaint, I changed myself by not staying there and not recommending. One of the receptionist GHASZAL was extremely helpful
