The staff definitely stood out as exceptional...they were caring/kind/attentive even to us non portugeuse speaking out of towners. The location was perfect, easily walkable to food/small convenience stores/beach was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Poor Service and Rude Staff My stay at Windsor Martinique Copacabana Hotel was very disappointing. On December 26 at around 7:00 AM, I went to reception to meet my tour guide and asked for help calling them using a local number. A male staff member at reception spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and refused to assist. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a time-sensitive situation. The same staff member had also ignored my complaints the day before about a non-working toilet and broken room phone, which were not fixed for two days. Additionally, the room was much smaller than advertised. Overall, poor service, rude reception staff, and unresolved maintenance issues made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel. Bad food in the restaurant.

Great location, one block from Copacabana beach and 5 minute drive from Ipanema beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and there was always someone at the main desk willing to help. Great service all around.

Simple hotel well located near Copacabana beach

Good hotel located one block from Copacabana beach. Buffet breakfast is very good. Only down side: no coffee maker in our room.
