The lady who checked us in was so hospitable. She organized dinner for us and was available for anything we asked. The room was very quiet, clean and a comfortable bed. The only complaint I had would be to get new bath towels.We had a mix up with organizing the airport transfer for pick up at the airport, if you need to do this contact the accommodation direct not through the Expedia contact number.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and I even noticed bugs, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The shower was broken, making basic hygiene a hassle. Despite what was advertised, there were no breakfast accommodations and no spa services available. On top of that, the staff was very limited and not easily available to help. Overall, this property fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

Getting to the hotel was the biggest problem. WAZE and GOOGLE MAPS took us in circles all around the area. We called the hotel and they sent someone we followed on an unmarked dirt road. Once there, there was a lovely courtyard and a very nice person who was waiting for us (we were the last two couples to arrive. The rooms were small, but very clean and well appointed.

The hotel was somewhat isolated with nothing in walking distance. It would have been nice to walk around and explore but there was nothing around. The front desk staff was very nice. When we asked where we could go to eat, they said that they offer a free shuttle to a specific restaurant. The restaurant was awesome, with great food, staff and a waterfront view. We were also able to walk around and come back and ask for the shuttle to take us to the hotel.

We planned to stay by the airport before flying out, and ended up here for 2 nights. What a great alternative to staying at the typical airport hotel. We got there very late but the hostess made us a lovely hot supper. Breakfast was also nice. We managed to visit the nearby zoo using transportation arranged by the hotel. Airport transportation, both ways was very good.
