Rooms at the back of the hotel have no view which we were aware of before booking. The room was plenty big enough for a few days. The buffet breakfast was amazing so well worth booking.

Perfect location on Cococabana, staff was friendly and helpful. Many of the staff were multilingual. Breakfast was awsome every day, only got dinner once but it was great as well. Highly recommend it if your visiting Rio.

Most unfriendly staff. Security and Bell staff were having non stop conversations, ignoring guests entering or leaving the premises. House keeping staff just looked up and continued working with the carts. No coffee maker in room, no iron or ironing board, no restaurant service before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm. Shared conversation through the wall, no sound proving, which was unpleasant because our neighbors celebrated carnival. Most unpleasant stay on our trip in Brazil.

AVOID! Discrimination and unsafe environment

I had accidentally booked a double room for “one person” (for a couple). My girlfriend joined later after initially checking in, but was not allowed into the hotel by the security guard who could not have known of the booking error. After discussing/explaining the situation, I asked to change rooms or upgrade the room to two people given the error I made when booking - the front desk said that under no circumstances would she be allowed to stay at the hotel, as “visitors were not allowed”, I explained the situation again, but the front desk persisted. After we finally spoke to the manager a few hours later after grabbing dinner (as he was unavailable), he insincerely apologized and informed us that, his earlier team was mistaken, that it wasn’t an issue as I had informed him that she was going to be arriving later. We believe the front desk discriminated against us and insinuated that she was a h*****, by not allowing her entry in the hotel. To use the word angry to describe how they made us feel is beyond an understatement. By the time the manager explained the mistake his colleagues made, the damage was done, my partner was beyond upset, and we did not feel safe in this hotel. We ended up staying just next door (somewhere I would actually recommend) What was supposed to be the end to our incredible week in Rio turned into us being treated like filth, and being demeaned by the staff of this property - absolutely disgusting behaviour of the staff. Please do not stay here!!!

I would start by saying absolutely utterly shocked from the second. We got there and especially during our stay. We felt extremely unwanted. They challenged us even having a friend who was visiting us was just allowed to go upstairs. I had the most expensive room and they didn’t care. Do not stay there under no circumstance. Bad people

The stay here in Windsor Califórnia was amazing. The buffet and quality food was 10/10. The room conditions works properly. Costumer service always attentive and smiling. One of the most important is the privilege location and their Roftop pool, perfect to take a break, take a sun and relax. I’m pretty sure that I will back at this hotel.

I loved my stay here. Because it’s high season, we didn’t get to extend our stay but Mayra and the staff were so helpful. They let us use the hospitality room to wash up after the beach. And they let us keep our luggage for a few hours because our flight was in the evening. The breakfast was super good and the staff were very nice and kind. Jonatan was also very nice, always saying hi and asking us if we needed anything. Everyone in the reception area was helpful. I needed to print something and they helped me with the matter. The room was kept clean and house keeping was great! Overall I think it’s an excellent hotel. I wished the pool was bigger but there’s a beach right across the street so that’s not a problem. I will definitely stay here again and I’m so happy I picked this property. It’s also centered where there’s restaurants and establishments all around. I will suggest to book the breakfast because it was so good and worth it (in my opinion). Honorable mention to Mayra who checked us in and was very helpful and pleasant. Also to Jonatan. Marcos helped us with our luggage and he was nice as well. Stay here for a pleasant experience!

My check-out time was 12pm. I went to the front desk requested to check-out at 3pm. Front desk staff said I had to pay $150 to stay until 3pm smh. So the only option he gave me was 1pm check-out for free. The reason why I wanted to stay couple hours longer because my flight departure was at 11pm. Cleaning person was very help. I left my wet clothes in the bathtub and she actually picked it up hang up my wet clothes. This property is close to everything. I would say it was in the middle of Copacabana.

the front desk lady got loud with my friend because she inquired for a security check to be done in the room since she mistakenly forgot an item in the room. In addition to that we asked for the hospitality room and booked it in advance, but for some reason a white couple came and was given the room first despite us booking in advance and we had our flight to catch... racist much...yeah honestly..its a 2 FOR ME... i only give a 2 because the shower pressure was fantastic...the food was wack for breakfast too dont bother.

Pool was dirty, you can see floating hair and oils, not proper filtration, dark water. Carpet in bedroom were dirty with stains, bathroom was dark, no lights in shower. Furniture were outdated and needs replacement, glass panel was shattered in our deck. Very disappointed since we book called "Luxury Room". Staff was great.
