I really regret staying here. The only positive thing I can say is that the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cold. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The entire hotel is dirty — while the sheets were changed, it was clear the room itself wasn’t actually cleaned. There was visible mold in several areas and a strong musty smell that never went away. There is absolutely no soundproofing, so sleeping was nearly impossible. We could hear every car, motorcycle, and conversation from outside all night long. Customer service was nonexistent; staff seemed indifferent and didn’t address any concerns. We weren’t the only ones unhappy — we heard multiple guests complaining in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, so this clearly wasn’t an isolated experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It badly needs cleaning, maintenance, and proper management. The AC shouldn’t be the only thing that works in a hotel.

Elevadores muito lentos e velhos muitos pequenos. O chao do quarto muito humido as camareiras limpam e o chao ficam humidos com misturas de produtos e aguas. Banheiros e pia entupidas... porta de balcony enferrujadas com dificuldades para abrir.. lencoes da cama nao sao trocados .. as camareiras so esticam o lencol na cama e nao troca as fronhas, e lencoes.... cafe da manha os talheres nao sao limpo direito lavado direito , pratos o mesmo problema.. piscina muito pequena , area pequena , o hotel nao fornece toalhas para os hospedes usar na piscina...

The hotel is alright. Downstairs is nice. People are nice. Unfortunately are room was not clean when we arrived. The entire place was full of sand, from the floor to the chairs, and even the bed. Clearly they did not change the bed sheets before we arrived. Also, the rooms are kind of dark and drab. Although, the employees were nice, the hotel is a bit worse than what is described/pictured. Definitely not the worst experience but definitely not the best either.

Great location but not a clean room.

We stayed 2 nights. Location is absolutely perfect and close to Cooacabana, however, our room was poor. There was a stain on the ceiling and on the curtains. There were items, from the previous occupiers, still in the room. Shower was powerful, but, the shower curtain and towels had stains. The safe didnt work, so, we couldnt deposit passports or other items.
