If you like barking dogs in the hotel, want to know exactly what your neighbor is talking about and have hair in your tub, highly recommend. I will say that the front desk and cleaning staff were great.

What happened?

Well, I'd stayed here last week and this week my room was not service everyday like last week. The heat pump unit vent had popped opened and the cleaner didn't bother to get maintenance to fix it. The door latch also broken and nobody bother to report it to room service manager to get it fix. This room is not very clean (pictures attached).

The front of the house staff were more than amazing but the manager decide to charge me an extra night at 70.00 dollar more than the night before even though I checked out at 3:30 pm since I was waiting for my truck to be fixed in town. Not good But has I said the front of the house were amazing

Was not impressed with thr hotel in general. The staff were friendly. Thats about it! Shower in room was dirty. Pool and hottub wete dirty. We had to clean ourselves before using. The hottub was the worst. Hair floating in it. Dirty on sitting ledge abd floor. Upper jets in hot tub were not working. I dont think the filtration system was working. By far the worst hotel ive stayed in this year. Would not recommrnd!!

Terrible place to stay!

Well when we got here for our conference came from Calgary! The room was a king size bed no queens, we went to the room and there was a noise coming from somewhere they changed our room to another but was asked to keep all our belongings in the room! When I came back to the old room with our stuff and the door was open! Not impressed! So how long was it opened? Don’t know! We used the hot tub and it was disgusting we had to clean before we got in! Called the manager and he came and looked and said it was cleaned earlier that day! Then we wanted the Jets and they didn’t work either! Over all not impressed!

Hot tub was cold and pool area did not appear overly well taken care off. Cold air & hot alternated from heater in the room over night. Not sure why there was cold air with -20 degree temperatures outside.
