This hotel is very loud and the management made some errors that resulted in an unpleasant stay. We had to wait for our room to be ready although the hotel was not nearly full, then it was changed to another room without explanation. The new room they gave us was right in front of workers putting in concrete and brick. We asked for a different room and were given one between a family with multiple rooms, who went back and forth between rooms all morning and night and made a ton of noise. Rooms are small, doors slam loudly here, and you can hear everyone’s conversations in the halls and balconies. It’s a beautiful place, but we did not enjoy our stay.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. There were wonderful views and lots of wildlife. We stayed in a basic room and it was more than adequate. Some of the reception area staff were not nice and gave conflicting information about the free hotel shuttle. Most of the other staff were very nice though. Be aware if you want to explore the property there is a lot of inclines. Walking to and from the very nearby Biesanz beach was strenuous on the steep incline but very worth it. We saw so many monkeys and wildlife at the beach and on the trail. The meals at the onsite restaurant were good but pricey and service very slow.

Beautiful resort. We were able to see lots of wildlife there including monkeys, skoths, iguanas, snakes, frogs, owls, and even a honey bear. Great pools. My son loved the game room and my little one enjoyed playing with toys in the playroom. Staff is very friendly.

The most wonderful hotel experience thus far in 55 years in life and travel. Gorgeous ocean views, wonderful, friendly staff ready to help in any way. Really reasonable prices for this ultimate tropical experience. Wildlife everywhere meets elegance at its finest. Bucket list must.

I spent 10 days in the Parador hotel. It was very, very impressive. I travel a lot and this is the best hotel. I saw a lot of animals and birds in the hotel. I had an excursion to the MA park and the guide named Rendel was very professional and kind.

If you are a nature lover and want to see Sloths, monkeys, birds, etc., you will love the Parador. This was our second time to stay with them, and the service and hospitality from the staff is impeccable. The properly and rooms are well maintained, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend the Parador.
