This is a beautiful property with impeccable polished service. The hotel staff far exceed expectations. They are all super helpful, friendly and warm and go above and beyond at every opportunity. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. We arrived mid afternoon, stopped at La Fragata for lunch and Nelson, one of the servers was so welcoming and even took the time after lunch to walk us around to show us some wildlife. Another special mention to Jordan at the La Galeria restaurant who was also great and provided exceptional service. He remembered all our names, allergies etc every time we dined there (breakfast is held there). Dining was superb (although pricey). Breakfast buffet was very good. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There are a couple of adult pools, a family pool, a pool bar. The fitness center is great, which we used several times. They also have trails on the property that you can walk through. A trail also leads to a public beach. They have free shuttles that take you to Manuel Antonio and the beach which was very helpful. The room was on the more basic end but was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved the few days we spent at the property. As other mentioned, we also saw a lot of wildlife. I would choose this hotel again in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay. Gorgeous views, plenty of wildlife right around the hotel. Outstanding breakfast. Nice choices of restaurants. Layout a bit confusing first, but you get used to it.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, the grounds were immaculate, and the amenities were great. My family and I had a lovely time. As a bonus, we had fun spotting the local wildlife! Yes, there were sloths, monkeys, iguanas, and macaws, among other cool animals.

Parador and its staff went out of their way for our stay to be the most welcoming. Super courteous and friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned daily and they provided clean daily also. It’s a truly beautiful place to stay.

Great hotel with excellent service. Beach nearby and hotel also offers transport to play espadilla which is the bigger public beach. The staff at the hotel were excellent as were the amenities.

Upkeep was excellent, and staff was superb. Can’t find a thing to complain about, other than I wish I would have booked my stay for longer. The breakfast they included every morning was really good. Consisted of a buffet style breakfast and a lady making fresh omelets.

Nothing but good things to say about this property. Truly a first- class experience from start to end. The accommodations were amazing and the service was first rate. The one thing that really stood out (among many things) was the quality of the staff and their interest in getting to know the guests and to be of service. I hadn't told them that it was my partner's birthday while there and we got back to our room one evening we found a surprise birthday gift. That was an unexpected and very nuce touch. The property is beautiful and very well maintained What can I say, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this property and we woukd most definitely stay there again.
