Great priced basic accommodation central to everything.
Polite and friendly staff despite a lengthy power cut and still managed to supply a buffet breakfast by torch light .
Everything looked and felt tired and worn out. The property was long overdue for a renovation. The bowling was not included in the stay. Breakfast was included but the coffee and atmosphere was empty. It was an anticlimactic ending to an amazing summer holiday in the South Island.

Disliked: Staff & service
No complimentary bottle of water , not even one bottle as guests are usually travelling ,there were tea bags of few but not replaced tea bags for 3night stays.
Cleanliness is average
Really liked the 2 story apartment complex. Food was a little pricey but kitchen helped alleviate some of the costs. Car parking linked to apartment was weird and I think could be better arranged to make it more logical.

A big positive was allowing our dog to stay, however, that was the extent of it. No options to prepare dogs meals...you must be self sufficient and no access to restaurant with your dog. Fortunately restaurant across the road accepted dogs as did may others around Queenstown\Frankton.

The bowling alley was playing up and I had to keep moving to other lanes, there was blood splattered on the sheets, shower head was annoying cause the water sprayed everywhere else
Receptionist when we checked was unhelpful and unfriendly. We are locals as well so I can only imagine how bad it would be for tourists. Television in the room didn’t work. Bed had hard lumps in it.
Great stay. Room had three single beds as advertised. The gentleman at checkin was great, friendly, and helpful. Great proximity to downtown queenstown.
Nice place and surroundings . Easy to go by car or bus.
Whatever to expensive for what it is. Breakfast buffet is in a small dark place , near the bowling.
I think , the are many better hotels around for the same prize .
Not honored Swiss hospitality at least .
