ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter through the front door and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area of this contemporary home. The lounge area to your left has a large flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace providing both warmth and ambience. There is plenty of room in the dining area, with a 6-seater dining table and a breakfast bar – the perfect place to sit the kids. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need to create those home cooked meals.

Through to the hallway, you will find the internal garage to your left, and to your right, a guest toilet and the laundry complete with washer and dryer. Up the stairs and to your left, is the master bedroom with a large, sumptuous bed and ensuite. To the right you will find the main bathroom with double shower and two more bedrooms.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out.
