Place was dirty, no water, no coffee maker in the room, the bathroom was bare, and couldn't reach the toilet paper from the toilet, vending machine for water or drinks was broken ( they were aware )

The mattresses had stains on them . The bathroom towels had seen better days and the TV did not work. Parking was good.

Very close to Manhattan if you’re looking for that. Surrounding neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, especially in the evening. Staff were very kind and helpful, very service oriented. The hotel was packed with diverse patrons from many different countries and cultures who seemed like very good people. Hotel felt welcoming to everyone. The included breakfast was good, a little better and with more options than Holiday Inn Express, and the staff worked to help everyone get what they wanted even though they were crushed with people because the hotel was absolutely packed. The valet guys were so great. They put your car up on a lift in their own parking lot. Absolutely worth that $45/night to not have to worry about parking and to keep your car safe.
