The breakfast staffs were exceptionally nice and helpful. The two ladies(sorry forgot their names) were very friendly, accommodating and hard working. They went out of their way to fill up the coffee and foods as it became empty. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and families. Thanks.

It was a lovely hotel with very friendly service. However it is in the middle of the projects and we were told not to talk at night. The hotel its self is very secure and very comfortable. We ubered into the city and it was perfectly fine

Excellent staff, beautiful views, and close to the train. Even better, Nas' home - Queensbridge - is right down the street. A lot of NYC history here if you know what you're looking at.

Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Amazing pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was a bit chilly but that was more me not knowing how to work the thermostat. Good sleeping temperature though. Easy check out and valet service for parking. Overall would stay again

The only negatives are the rooms are small but they look modern and clean. The other thing is the staff who clean the rooms they robbed us $15($1 coins) we didn’t say anything since it wasn’t much but they took it I guess they thought it was there tip since it was in the table but no it wasn’t there tip. We were gonna give them tip and more then that at the end of our trip but since that happened we left it like that so put your valuable stuff in the safe they have provided but aside from that it’s a good hotel with good cleanliness and good food. The area not the best. I wish they had more elevators because in the mornings they get busy. I would give this place 4/5 since it was more positive things then negative.
