The property is beautiful and huge. The food and beverage options are good. The entertainment team & options are great. A lot of staff is focused on selling you premium services. The Casino at the property is closed, there's a shuttle too their other property casino which at all costs should be avoided. One of the worst casino's i have ever seen. 3 game tables and 4 slots. The stay was comfortable though and service was great.

Servicio pésimo estoy decepcionada de todos estos años que he visitado ese lindo punta cana es el peor hotel que visitado servido al cliente pésimo , la limpieza en la piscina muy mala estaba sucia todo el tiempo , las personas fumando marihuana desde la mañana hasta la noche un lugar que supuestamente es de familia , el servicio en los restaurantes muy malo y el bufet también en general le doy 2 de 5 .

The resort was great at Ocean el Faro. We had Jose Jimenez was our personal butler and we give him a 10/10 for his service, his attention, his attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. We were able to get an earlier check-in because of him. We are definitely going back and requesting his services.

Beautiful property, excellent staff, overall the property is excellent especially for family’s or even adults on the adult side. The rooms ac honestly can’t keep up, it’s cool but not cold the big overhead fan was crucial. The drinks are good but not great, it would be nice to see fresh fruit options with my alcohol. The beach is very poor.

The Japanese, steak house, and Mexican restaurants food was great. The pool area was nice and clean. Good music. Only downside was the power in our room went out about 3 times during our stay. However, it was an easy reset because the fuse box is located in the room so we can easily turn it back on.

Ocean El Faro was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to DR 20+ times and this was amazing. Very clean. Big but everything was very close in proximity. Food was delicious. And Jose from Expedia was immaculate with his service. Highly recommend!
