Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First day- promised 2 rooms next to each other but were placed on the other side of the building. One room smelled like mildew with a dehumidifier that was beeping all night, the balcony door was extremely difficult to open with no handle on the outside so if it was shut it could not be opened from the outside. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. There was only the burger place open that served burnt burgers and did not listen to custom requests. Everything came with ketchup and mayo even when asked for plain. The vegan in the group was not accommodated at all. He asked for fries with guacamole. Was served fries with mayo on the plate and a tiny side of guacamole. He got sick. The towel stand was closed over an hour early so we couldn't get towels for the pool. The kids' zone and water park are both closed for the duration of our trip. Went to the pool bar and was only served 2 drinks before he told me he's done then served another group 2 more times. Dinner at Villamarina was decent. Tried to shower but no hot water.
Second day- a guy from the resort took us to the breakfast buffet then carted us around the property showing us what we could have had as far as rooms/ amenities. Offered to take our money to go off-site and buy weed for us. Then they pretty much forced alcohol on us, bringing drink after drink encouraging us to finish them, as they tried to talk us into spending $23k on their 20-year vacation program. There’s way more but I don’t have enough characters
