Overall it was a great experience, kids had fun beach was nice. The food was ok, buffet could use some more options. The best restaurant was Tao, the Fogo was ehh… and the restaurants booked up quickly. So wish the buffet was nicer.

Everything was good there…. the only problem was that after cleaning the room the towels were not changed on time... otherwise the staff worked well, the food was delicious (thanks to the kitchen staff and the cooks), the prosperity resorts were always kept clean, there are many ducks, geese, flamingos, turtles and other types of animals on the territory... we are very happy with the holiday, the sea, the beach and the coast for walks there AMAZING!!!!!💖💖💖

This was our first tropical vacation. Everything was great other than food. Buffet food was barely warm. Wildlife was a highlight. Iguanas, turtles , peacocks and more iguanas. Only thing that was bad was the mini-fridge wasn't cold. We brought back a cup of ice daily to use it like an old ice-box. That chilled the pop and water in it to some degree. Circus on our last night - excellent!

Everything was amazing, staff were very friendly and polite at all times. Rooms were always clean and taken care of everyday. Food options at the buffet were plentiful with a different theme every day, and there were 7 different restaurants to choose from. Pool and beach were very clean and safe. Lots of amenities and activities to do throughout our stay, and there were lots of bars and entertainment places as well.

Astonishing landscape and layout of the property. The birds and other animals were amazing. 3 huge pools. Beach was awesome. Plenty of chairs and space to sit. The merchants were borderline harassing. Food was decent. Did not enjoy that the buffet was closed when we were hungry. Drinks were mediocre. Very sweet and we always were served the low end alcohol even though the top grade alcohol was visible. The room was definitely cold and pretty much up to par. 2 rolls of toilet paper per day became an issue at one point. Front desk was not very helpful in getting us another roll. Would not recommend using the ATM due to outrageous rates. Overall we really enjoyed the property but some negative aspects did not sit well with us.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always spotless. The food was delicious with a great variety. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
