Everything was great except for the fact that the maid service would take our sheets with no explanation (leaving us with just a mattress) and then when we would call the concierge about it they would take hours to send someone up to fix it and give us sheets.

The resort is nice. The onsite activities are fun. We really enjoyed the mexican night fiesta. The food was incredible. The pools were very crowded. We disliked the fact that they would not let our children have swimming practice/lessons in the quiet pool because they were children, especially in the morning when the pool was mostly empty. I like fishing on the jetty, but they did not like me fishing on the rocks directly to the south.

The personnel are very friendly and attentive, the only problem is parking spaces are very limited in their capacity for the visitors vehicle, this is my second time in this resort and this time we don’t want to drive out side of the property cause we don’t want to get caught with no parking space even though we parked on the side of the road because no parking space was available.

The stay was as expected, room was suitable for the family, we purchased the all-inclusive package and it was fair. It needs a major retrofit on their service, i found it to be very poor and ill managed. It was nearly impossible to get poolside , beach side and lobby service as everyone said it was someone elses job and not theirs, as if i was to be guessing what staff was purposed and assigned to. Severs kept giving me the runaround stating that was not their area and instead of guiding me to the right person it was like a circus. Very disappointing since my kids loved their previous visits here. My kids did were not served when they flagged the poolside servers and it was severely disappointing. We might not visit again.
