We stayed there for 5 nights. We did not get the all-inclusive so we did not eat at the resort. The facility was very clean and maintained. There’s a plaza/mini mall about a 5 minute walk away that was convenient. We ate there a few times and they had a grocery store there that was very convenient as our room had a kitchen. We felt absolutely safe as the area felt more like a gated community. Not being all inclusive restricted us in some ways, we weren’t able to participate in some of the evening events which we thought was a little unfair considering we were guests. They also have bikes and pickleball court you can rent, but all inclusive only allowed you to do it for two hours and then you had to pay afterwards. They have a gym room, but you have to pay to use it. Even if you’re all inclusive, you still have to pay for the gym. If it’s really all-inclusive, you think they would allow you to use the facilities more freely. We are glad we went the non all-inclusive route, it allowed us to enjoy the resort and go out and see different areas.There were two shows we did get to watch which were fun and entertaining. The marina is beautiful and the beach for us was a highlight. The beach water wasn’t as clear as other places we’ve seen to but is swimmable and you can check out boogies boards, frisbees etc which we enjoyed..

Some staff are amazing. Filipe on the beach is great! The part we didn’t enjoy was the food is not the best and we have found that you get less and less food. So waiters were bias to members and in the Buffett breakfast I was not waited on at all. Also we would come back from the beach to get ready for dinner at night and our room was still not made up by 4pm.

We had a surprise when checking in that thw resort was eas not all included in our reservation. We had to pay extrq $100 per person to have all inclusive. The property is nice. Good restaurants around thw resort and super market. We were able to use the kitchen in our room to make some easy meals. The cocktails were delicious staff super friendly.

Really enjoyed this property. It’s obviously set up for time share members and less for all inclusive. The staff wait staff in all areas were amazing. The food was 9/10, only down fall fir all inclusive is the dining had exclusions. Cleaners works all day it was pristine. Did not like signing for every bill as resort is all inclusive, felt like waste of time and sometimes had to wait to sign. Only issue we had was after we did the timeshare “walk through” we were given $100 resort credit. Everything was auto charged to our room, but we had to prove the $100 room credit with a price of receipt paper. Felt like resort was trying to get $ out of us after they promised the credit.

Room was basic no personality. The AC leaked. I requested two beds for 2 adults got a king. Moved us the next day. The cleaning staff took our bottle of tequila we bought on an excursion. No balcony. The grounds were fantastic very clean. The staff was hit or miss but overall good. I hated having to sign for every drink and meal when we were on an all inclusive deal. Waste of our time. Food at the specialty restaurants were very good but outside of that it was edible. The drinks very bad with no hint of alcohol. Don’t bother with the timeshare presentation if you are doing it for the gift, we had to fight to get the gift that was promised. They need more entertainment during the day like live music not just kid stuff by the pool. Pools were nice. Hot tub was not very hot and many jets did not work. Had to pay to use the gym because we were not members. That’s nuts.

All inclusive buyer beware!!! The all inclusive is not all inclusive. All inclusive does not cover the gym, room service, or some of the menu options. You also can’t eat at all the restaurants. They limit your restaurant reservations. The staff was awesome and the property was great.
