I liked this property for Nuevo. The beach was close to the property which we liked. The adult infinity pool was great. Things of concern was the pool bar cleanliness. The washing station was questionable as the bartenders were washing the cups with a sponge by hand and I never saw any soapy water or disinfectant type dips. It was a sketchy set-up on our opinion. The buffet is customary for mexico all inclusives. The restaurants were good

We were greeted by genuinely nice hosts but every building we were in it seemed like the AC’s were not working or on very low. I understand we were there in peak of summer, but every building lobby, restaurants/buffet were just as hot if not more than outside. Our rooms were not serviced (except for the beds being made). We were there 4 days/3nights. Only one day out of 4 we got clean towels. We had to ask for toilet paper hand soap and body wash. (That’s when the brought the clean towels). There were 4 drinks in the fridge when we were told there would be 10 daily (due to the package we paid for). I don’t think I should have to be asking for them, they know how to service each room and if they don’t they should. We ended up getting our own bottles of water and putting them in our fridge. Our coffee was never replenished, our cups were never picked up and new ones brought in. After paying for an exclusive package I felt we received the bare minimum. Would I stay at this hotel again, most likely not. I’ve stayed at La Estancia and never had an issue there. We decided to give this place a try, sorry, but for the same amount of money or just a little more I rather go somewhere else. This place is really not worth it. Most of the pool and some restaurant staff were genuinely very kind and helpful that was the best part of our stay.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Krystal Grand Resort in Puerto Vallarta from July 23 to July 26. What was meant to be a relaxing birthday vacation turned into a series of unacceptable inconveniences and poor service that completely ruined my experience. Upon arrival, the first room had bugs, and the phone did not work, preventing us from easily contacting the front desk for assistance. We were moved to a second room, only to discover that the air conditioning did not work, and the shower was non-functional. When we informed the staff, we were told to wait 40 minutes for a third room or to shower in a dirty room—both options were unacceptable, especially as we had dinner reservations at 9:00 PM that we ultimately missed due to the delays and inconvenience. A manager apologized and attempted to make amends by offering to: Send a complimentary bottle of wine Move our dinner reservation to 10:00 PM However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed they close at 10:00 PM, so no dinner was available. This was not only frustrating—it was deeply upsetting, as this night was meant to celebrate my birthday. After walking back to the front desk yet again and requesting further help, we were met with an unaccommodating attitude. We were left with only one dining option: room service. We had not eaten since lunch, and after waiting over an hour, we were told the food had been mistakenly deliv

Buyer beware! Outdated property! AC didn’t work on many occasions & was never fixed ! I called front desk 3 times & still never got ac fixed !! Food was bland .Dont expect AC in any of the restaurants either, or cold salads . Bell bar & restaurant staff were excellent . Very misleading pictures . Will never stay here again. Not one to leave bad reviews but don’t want anyone to be misled like I was by all the 10 star ratings . It’s always best to stick with Marriott Hyatt & Hilton brands as those properties usually come through . Pool was very warm & gross .

Buyer beware , outdated property. No AC in any of the restaurants , AC in room didn’t work in 2 of the 3 rooms I had for six days . When I contacted the front desk @ 2 am they said they’d send someone but never did . I called again they said he’s on the way . Still never showed up until approx 930 am the next morning still never fixed the AC. Who wants to be on vacation when AC doesn’t work . Property is outdated . Food is pretty bland, although the only good food we had was @ Ayami on one of our final nights . Not sure how this resort got so many 10 ratings. Bar bell & restaurant staff were very friendly & hospitable . I recommend looking elsewhere as the pictures were very misleading. Stick with the Marriotts, Hiltons & Hyatts. Not usually one to leave bad reviews but don’t want anyone to experience what my family experienced !

Our stay at Krystal Grand was pleasant overall. The food was good, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the views around the property were beautiful. On the downside, the quality and variety of the drinks could be improved, and in my case, the rooms feel like they’re due for an upgrade.
