I was king for week

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The facility is one highest locations in the area. From that vantage point you dine or have cocktails from an unforgettable setting. The staff is friendly and are unrelenting in their efforts to make your stay truly memorable. They arranged taxis, airport connections, in room dining. The location is a very short ride up the hill which gives privacy yet access to the romantica area for a $5-$7 Uber or taxi ride. They even changed small amounts of money to local currency.

WOW! The views are amazing and the service top notch! Grand Miramar is not all-inclusive and it shows the food and beverage choices are better than any all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at in PV. We will make this hotel are go-to from here on out! Love the boutique feel of the hotel!

My girlfriend arrived at the hotel one day before I did. Although I had already made the deposit online, the hotel staff insisted that no deposit had been made and refused to let her check in unless she paid it herself. She had to call me multiple times so I could speak with the manager and try to resolve the issue, which was incredibly frustrating. When I arrived the next day, the situation got worse. I had booked the largest suite the hotel offered, but the manager told me I couldn’t stay there because the room only allowed three guests. I asked if I could just pay for an extra person, but he insisted I had to book a completely separate room—even though I was willing to pay the difference. It made no sense, but I had no choice. To top it all off, when we were checking out, the bell boys rushed us out of the room, didn’t help with our luggage, and escorted us to the lobby as if we were criminals. It was a humiliating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This property is a hidden gem. Nestled above the town, it provides beautiful views of the bay. The service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our room had a king sized bed, a great living room space and a jacuzzi on the deck. Breakfast is included. I really loved this hotel, it’s relaxing and beautiful.

If you're looking for nightlife in PV, this isn't the place for you. It's a rough ride down and up the mountainside on cobblestones every time you want to leave. But if you want relaxation and beautiful views and an incredible breakfast every day... try it!

This place is the Beat of the Best! It worth every penny. The location is amazing is Paradise. The view is incredible! Friendly and professional, courtesy is what they have plenty. All restaurants near by are authentic Mexican cuisine, is delightful!

What an amazing property and the views are incredible. The staff was always super friendly and accommodating. Salvador Mendoza at the front was always so friendly and helpful giving us eating tips and making sure we were taken care of by the random taxi cab drivers. There was maid service and even turn down service with chocolates. The restaurant had very good food and the manager even greeted us and made us feel welcomed. The daily breakfast was great with an American style breakfast with pancakes and sausage and daily Mexican breakfast that changed daily. They even had an omelet custom made if you ask for it. Coffee was always good and great service. We had such a relaxing time at Grand Miramar. I would say the only thing about the property that we didn't like was that it was up the hill from the beach so it wasn't really walkable around the hotel and required taxis every time. But for that view...it was worth it. Our view was full panoramic seeing from Los Arcos to Nuevo Vallarta. Amazing sunsets! 5 stars across the board! Thank you Grand Miramar! We hope to be back again soon!!!

My sister and I went to PV for a week long get away and absolutely loved the Grand Miramar! You are greeted warmly on arrival! We utilized room service at least once a day. We took Ubers to town to shop, eat and walk the Boardwalk. We got massages that included sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy. The pools and service around the pools was incredible- if you want to be pampered and spoiled for a quiet get away go to the Grand Miramar! We also heard more than once couples getting greeted warmly as return visitors so that says a lot about a place ❤️

This is a beautiful property up on a hill, overlooking the bay. Note- you can not walk to town from here, but it is an easy $4 Uber ride to town. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was very plentiful. We had dinner twice on the roof top and everything we ordered was delicious. We didn't have to fight for pool chairs or anything else that I've heard of being a problem at other resorts. We also did massages at the hotel and it as a 10/10. It was peaceful and so beautiful with all the flowers form our balcony. We stayed in a corner junior suite. I can't wait to come back!

Comfortable Stay with Amazing Views

Excellent price value for a hotel with comfortable rooms, pretty pool area and breathtaking views. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Great choice for a Vallarta getaway with easy access to town without the traffic and noise. Having a car is useful as the hotel is up a hill not in a walkable area, but worth it for the views.

Great second visit!

This was my second trip back to Grand Miramar. This time with my husband and adult daughter. We stayed in the Master Suite which was a corner suite on the 8th with a separate bedroom. Very quiet and comfortable space. Special shout out to Salvador, Marko, Alberto and Luis for all their help. The room was always very clean. We ate at the rooftop restaurant twice and the popcorn shrimp and tortilla soup was amazing!! The views are simply amazing.

The property itself was just like the pictures. Nice, clean and safe. The reason for the ratings, since our arrival, there was no hot water in our room. Followed by complete water shut off and no electricity, without notice. The elevator in our building never worked. The manager provided zero resolution to any of our concerns. The view is amazing, but there is nothing available within walking distance.

Great pools and rooftpp views. Rootop pool water was murky but others were fine. Comfortable sunbeds and good food amd drink service. Spectacular view from room with jacuzzi bath.
