Water didn't completely turn off in the tub, toilet seat was loose, hot tub was luke warm. Otherwise great hotel, great service, the breakfast was great. Love the location close to UVU.

The door to our room sticks, I had to use my shoulder to shove the door open each time. Saturday morning breakfast was very disappointing. 8:30am the waffle dispenser was clogged and it took the young lady a long time to fix it, lots of guest standing around 2 waffle irons waiting for that to get fixed while she gathered up the egg and sausages bins and went to the back. Then people had to wait on them too. Saturday mornings you need more staff to accommodate your guests for the breakfast rush. I gave up waiting, no breakfast, plus the coffee in the large carafe was lukewarm. Huge spider web in my bedroom.

I didn’t get down to breakfast so I can’t speak on that. The room was clean & comfortable. Check in was quick & easy. My only complaint was that the door to my room was difficult to open & I was not told that when I checked in. Luckily, another person was walking to their room & saw me struggling & showed me that the handle was tricky & how to open it. He had the same problem when he opened his door the first time.
