In the face of the worst storm best service .. I will stuck with you guys anytime.. all staff .. dinning staff kinda sometimes nit nice but front desk #1 .. entertainment #1 .. bar service #1 .. housekeep with everything going on not even making it to their homes during this time+++#1. Staff kept me happy and safe.

Overall, I had a great experience. The last time I was at this property was maybe 10 years ago. I left just before the hurricane. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely come back here again.

Room was neglected, i didn't feel protected as the crew wasn't prepared for the crowds & people began fighting i feel like im stranded in a prison they were putting people out of they're rooms in the middle of a storm, shaking people down for more money & people couldn't arrive or depart the resort or the island

Unfortunately we are stuck out here due to hurricane Melissa. We were put on lockdown and had to stay in our rooms for safety. Our flights were canceled and we needed to stay additional days and the fees was very high. In my opinion. Especially, since we were not able to use any of the normal accommodations due to weather conditions

This was my first time in Jamaica, Riu ocho Rios was an excellent hotel, the staff was amazing and very friendly.
