Private pool was nice. Checked in around noon, had lunch, and had to wait until 2:48 before our room was ready. You can expect someone knocking on your door at least twice a day asking if you need towels or house keeping. Complimentary room service was always nice, but there is no microwave in the room. Shower has a partition but it is large. Bed was on the firmer side but that’s how I like it.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of my room and the service I received during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong odor in the room that aggravated my sinuses. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told a room attendant would be sent to clean the room. Unfortunately, no one came that evening. The next morning, I visited the front desk again to report that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was hair and wet paper in the shower, unclean mirrors in the bedroom, and the toilet appeared to have been sprayed but not wiped down. The balcony was also dirty, suggesting the room hadn’t been occupied or maintained for some time. When I requested a deep clean, the front desk staff member made a call presumably to housekeeping, but repeated herself several times while laughing, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. No offer was made to change my room, and I felt dismissed. While the room attendant who eventually cleaned the room was friendly and professional, the odor persisted, and I ended up spending minimal time in the room far from the relaxing experience I had intended. I reached out to the hotel for resolution, but they refused to assist, stating I booked through a third party and needed to contact you. I’m requesting compensation for the poor service and unacceptable conditions. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised, both in terms of room maintenance and staff conduct

The room and service were just ok. I find that unless you tip the staff the service is just mediocre. There was one night I went to bed without eating. I went to the Lobster House and waited for over an hour, then tried another restaurant and had a long wait time. I ended up ordering room service that took another hour, by that time I was done.

Property was great!! Service was very friendly and cordial. The one complaint I have is our room had a somewhat of a mildew smell even when we had the air conditioning turned all the way to the lowest temp. I don’t know how hard this is to prevent in a tropical environment. But it was definitely noticeable. Otherwise nothing but awesome things to say!
