We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton overall. The service was good, the hotel was clean, and most aspects of our experience met expectations. The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. However, we did have an issue with noise on two nights. Our neighboring room was extremely loud, and we had to call in a noise complaint because it was still going on around 1:00 in the morning. That situation did affect our sleep. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, we didn’t receive much assistance with our luggage, and no one offered to help open the door when our hands were full. Overall, it was a good stay, but these few issues could be improved to make the experience even better.

Room was spotless and even with a 3 night stay, only requested additional bottles of water. Reserved and paid for a king bed, but only had a room with two doubles upon check in. Also got charged for 2 breakfast buffet meals that needed to be voided upon check out that had took advantage of the express checkout, we would never have known about the charge until well after the fact.
