The ambiance was beautiful, loved the pleasant fresh clean aroma of the hotel from you enter the door. The staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Loved the access to the many options for food.

The service was amazing

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The hotel was right across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us. We were first concerned that it could be noisy but we were given a room facing a side street so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time, which made getting around effortless. The food was excellent, and the team made my wife’s special day dinner truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect combination of location, quality, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent quality of room. Enjoyed rooftop drinks and dinner - although somewhat chilly in October. Wonderful view of harbor and Vesuvius - marred by harbor front obstruction noise during the day. Very helpful staff at front desk.
