The hotel is close to the train station however the area is chaos. We decided to stay here for one night before heading to sorrento. We honestly could’ve skipped this and gone straight there. The rooftop was a nice view of the city given that we did not walk outside to explore. I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was nice. It was a long walk from the train station. The staff were always helpful. The bed and linens were really comfortable. The shower and bathroom were good. They gave us complementary coffee, water and slippers. We left our luggage with the front desk since we got there before check-in. When we later went up to our rooms, our bags were in the room. That was cool. The only issue we had was that we had no control over the Air-conditioning. We called them many times and they came up to the room and said it was ok. However, we could not control the temperature. They offered to put is in another room, however it kind of late and we didn’t like packing up and moving at night. This was not a deal-breaker. The hotel is on a very busy square and the window shutters kept all the noise out.

We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall.

Didn’t think customer service for English people was good. Left waiting or ignored at Reception and at breakfast. Breakfast Manager was very rude towards us but served the Italians very quickly.

Our stay was a different experience for us. We found the bed very hard but our room was a good size. The restaurant was nice but it would have been nice to be able to sit outside for a drink but couldn’t because the tables were booked for dinner. On one occasion we left after waiting 15 min for service. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

The staff are very helpful, the breakfast was great and especially the breakfast dinning room manger was very nice. The location is very convenient to get on the hop on off city sightseeing bus. The only complaint I have is the shower in my room was hard to shut off.

Just blocks for the major train station - this is a gritty neighborhood- especially after dark. But if you are doing day trips out of this hub, and ok with city life - it’s a convenient spot. Inside wonderful - small perfect for one person travel. Great kitchen !! Lovely 6th floor terrace bar/ restaurant with a bit of a view.

Rooms were extremely small, claustrophobic and very noisy. There is a reason they provided earplugs in the rooms! Amenities were lacking; bedside outlet was not functional. For the price, I expected MUCH more. Rooftop bar was excellent as was the food and service.
