Gorgeous hotel across from the amphitheater entrance of Pompeii. It was located in a beautiful garden with a peaceful balcony. The room was gorgeous, clean and had a large bathroom with a rain shower. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant on site and the breakfast was fantastic. We would stay here again for sure!

We've stayed at this property twice in the last 2 years and the standards have remained consistently good. Staff are friendly and very helpful and it's perfectly placed for the Pompei ruins, just 100 steps away from the ampitheatre entrance. We'd certainly stay there again.

Hotel Forum is a beautiful spot to stay. It is well placed to one of the entrances to the archaeological park. The rooms are lovely, very clean and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant is fantastic as well. Perfect place to stay for those who want a great place in a convenient location for Pompeii and other local sites such as Stabiae, Oplontis and Ercolano. Will be staying here again.

The only issue I had with this hotel was my room. The walls were kind of dirty and some flies managed to make its way into the room even though I didn’t open the windows. Overall, the restroom and beds were clean. Hotel is across the entrance from parking and Pompeii sight seeing.

Friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning staff and the breakfast morning staff were particularly nice and attentive. My family and I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The outdoor seating space was lovely – surrounded by lemon trees.

Wow! Wonderful property - from the lovely modern rooms, terrific little balcony, delicious breakfast, lovely garden restaurant and very helpful staff. It was really amazing, and so close to the Pompeii ruins - literally across the street. I highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel but ask for a room over the garden. We stayed over the Main Street and they have street sweepers and rubbish collections at 3 in the morning. Parking across the street in public car park but included in price. Staff very friendly.

Very convenient for a Pompei tour since it overlooks the park. Only a ~7 minute walk to great restaurants. Nice to have onsite dining as well-food was good and wait staff very lovely. Garden is beautiful. Room was large and I appreciated the king sized bed. Lots of stairs so pack light! Parking right across the street.

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location just across from the Pompei ruins but set back from the road so when in the hotel there was no traffic/tourist noise. Wonderful lemon garden to sit in. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Staff were all very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We ate our evening meal in the hotel restaurant twice and it was exceptional - a must try. Room and ensuite were both a very good size. The only negative about our room was that the view from our window overlooked bins and a concrete courtyard, but I suppose someone has to! Would definitely stay here again and recommend but would upgrade to a room with a balcony next time.

An excellent hotel situated immediately opposite the pompei ruins and within easy walking distance of local shops restaurants and bars. Food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful and rooms were beautifully appointed.

The staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful with sorting out taxis and arranging a wine tour at the local vineyard at short notice. The food is excellent and the outside dining area is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel if someone was visiting Pompeii.

Excellent Stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Forum. The location was great as the south exit of the ruins is right out front. The room was very spacious, and had the best bed of the trip! The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was outstanding, and all of the staff were very nice. We had dinner at the hotel twice, and each meal was excellent. Hotel Forum was perfect and outdid our expectations!
