We had a fantastic stay at IT Boutique hotel. The staff was incredible; they were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were very appreciative that they were able to accommodate our early check in request and late check out. It it steps away from Quinta Avenida yet quiet away in which we were able to get a good night's rest. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for helping make our trip enjoyable!

My stay at IT boutique hotel was fantastic. The property was located a block away from 5th ave but was far enough to be away from the noise of it all. Staff was fantastic. Pool was amazing. My room was extremely clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again

Great location(about a block on the quiet side of 5ta avenida and 2 blocks from the beach). Rooms are ok(no luxuries), decent size, and functional, but bathrooms do need some mayor facelift(a hairdryer and a small fridge would be recommended). Basic cable TV channels would be appreciated(you can only watch YouTube or Netflix..and the latter one didn’t work in my room). Breakfast options are limited(wish they had more options to choose from). Service at front desk is outstanding, and that along with location makes this hotel a great choice for people on a budget, on business, or people who just need a comfortable place after a long day of excursions.

Beautiful hotel.. very clean and friendly staff! Only a minute walk to 5th avenue.. but super quiet area. Felt safe walking back to the hotel at night, even as a solo female traveler. Highly recommend!

Room was not clean and it had a very bad smell in it. Water will not heat most of the time we had to shower with cold water. I paid for a balcony room and instead I was given a room with no balcony. I told the front office but they didn’t do anything about it. Property location is good, it is close to 5th Avenue so that was our only plus. Will not stay again !
