Everything was great except for breakfast in the morning. It took over 1 1/2 hours for our breakfast to come out. We had to request a later checkout because of that, which they accommodated.

OVERALL, WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. Clean room, great staff. However, No easy parking. Valet is $32...huh? Probably because they have to go far and wide to park the vehicle since there's no dedicated parking lot. I originally asked for a king/pull out couch bed, and we had to be moved to a two-queen room. OMG the "mattress" on the pull-out was flat with the springs poking out. They really need to go thru all the rooms with pull-out couches and replace them. They did move us without extra cost. Breakfast was good.

There was no water in the room. The bar was not what it seems to be in the pictures or in what was offered. The coffee counter closed at 10am!

Room was fine in terms of facilities, but cleaning was nonexistent. There was loose dirt on the floor and on HVAC unit when we arrived, to the point that you could feel it through socks. The next day we asked it be swept up. It was Christmas (reduced cleaning staff), but we were assured the room would be swept. It was not. Had 'full' cleaning service the next/third day, but the floor had recognizable little piles of dirt on it. Sheets were never changed over 3 night stay. Restaurant was good, staff there was friendly Wouldn't stay again.

Valet parking and check-in were great. The room was nice, but I wish I had gotten the king room. I like the decor much better in the king. It seemed a little sparse. The bathroom, especially the shower was delightful
