Book Pioneertown hotels

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our family. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were generally kind and friendly. However, there were several issues with the room. The refrigerator was not working, and although a replacement was provided after we requested one, the inside of the new refrigerator had visible mold, as if it had not been used or cleaned for a long time. Additionally, the TV remote did not work. We felt uncomfortable repeatedly calling the front desk, so we went down in person to request assistance. They replaced the batteries, but the remote still did not function, leaving us unable to use the TV. At that point, we were too exhausted to continue asking for help. Although our checkout was delayed after our morning schedule, we do appreciate that the hotel did not charge us an additional late checkout fee. However, considering the poor room condition and overall hotel management, charging extra would have felt quite unreasonable. The staff themselves were not the main issue, but the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel seem to need significant improvement.

We stayed in an Airstream suite for one night. The staff were kind and friendly. The room itself was not bad, but the skillet was greasy and covered with ash, and the cutting board clearly had leftover food residue from previous use. Additionally, the blanket stored in the sofa bed seemed used—it was wrinkled and had a noticeable odor. Unlike some reviews, we did not have issues with the air conditioning, though there was some noise. The biggest concerns were the room cleanliness and the checkout policy. A 4 PM check-in and 10 AM checkout seem unreasonable, especially given that Airstream accommodations naturally require more time for proper cleaning and preparation. With such an early checkout, expecting guests to leave everything perfectly organized is unrealistic, which makes thorough housekeeping even more important. Our one-night stay was manageable, but overall, we would not choose to stay here again.

Hello. There was hot water running in the room, but the temperature was so cool that taking a shower was impossible. The sofa in the room looked very worn out, and the entrance door wouldn't close unless you gave it a good slam. There was no water in the fountains on the grounds—they are currently out of order—and the screen door leading out to the loggia was difficult to slide. However, the staff did an excellent job; they are a great team.

Loved it! Will come back!

Parking was easy. Laundry didn't have a dryer

Nice little courtyard with a fire pit right outside our room. Very clean. Perfect little place for a good nights sleep
