Lack of towels, when asked to bring more towers to the room, housekeeper always told me they were in the dryer and i called 3 times. Room are very outdated, dirty, bed sheets and covers had stains. Restaurant staff are friendly and kind. Outside looks good. I wish they would update the interior of the building and the rooms.

Love the Hot Pools, although disappointed the water was pretty dirty this time, The pool maintenance could definitely be improved. But the temps were wonderful!. Love the spacious room, but the carpets all over this hotel are very dirty and and smelly in the hallways. Wish I could help clean it up just a bit ! The Staff were very helpful.

We have been coming here for years and love the springs. The last couple of times we noticed they have not really cared about how many people into a room and party late hours, too many day resort pass let in per day, over crowded, trash left at pools and no security enforced. Sad it’s has such potential.

Family time

I always love this place. Pools are great but they were a little cloudy this time. Room was nice, it was clean but could have been cleaner. Restaurant was great and service there is always good. It was a great stay and definitely will be back
