We had a great 6 night stay, loved the pool and swim up bar. Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks every day from 4-6 and daily specials. Staff was amazing and they definitely went the extra mile in all aspects. Trolley to the beach and back every 30 minutes was also fabulous. This is a VERY quiet part of the island so keep that in mind, Patong beach is a little over an hour away.

Looks nicer in the photos, but it was okay for being a "5-star" hotel. It's a short 10-minute walk to the beach, but they also provide a free shuttle every hour. The breakfast was also decent, but nothing super great. There's a couple nice restaurants and smoke shops in walking distance to the hotel that we liked more. But the one thing I really didn't like was being told to wait 15-20 minutes to check out cause they wanted to verify what we took from the mini bar in our room first, although our taxi was waiting. They should have a running total ready by the time I'm ready to check out and just charge the extra once they know the final tally later like every other hotel does.

Lovely hotel and great staff. A huge thank you from me to the staff here as upon checkout I left my passport in the safe and didnt realise until I got to Krabi. The hotel were very kind in arranging postage to my new hotel and also offered to cover the cost. The hotel itself is very nice with relaxed atmosphere and a short distance of the beach which they offer a shuttle service too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for two weeks. The hotel is great, spacious rooms, great pool area and lounge. Very clean. The location is perfect, waking distance to Nai Harn Beach, about 10 minutes. The staff is great, very welcoming, attentive and resourceful.

The stay at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket was amazing. The Nai Harn area was perfect peaceful and the hotel was an aesthetically pleasing resort to relax in. The hotel was stunning and the service was great! Special thanks to Noey and Earn for being pleasant and soo helpful! Room was true to description and would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket.

I loved the stay at this hotel, down to the staff always there to answer all my questions, the cleanness of the hotel, the games they had at the hotel, and the many different pools. When it was time for me to leave the hotel held my bags at no extra cost, and they provided me a shower room to use before my flight. The only concern I had was the hotel is in the North so it is further from a most things, unless you have a vehicle.
