Not only was the room spotless and welcoming, but Eye and the complete staff were extremely courteous throughout our entire stay. The breakfast buffet changed daily with delicious options. They consistently paid attention to detail.

The hotels vibe overall was great! It was giving luxe but on a budget friendly level. The room was minimalist while giving rich at the same time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, very welcoming as soon as we arrived. They greeted us with cold rose water to drink and refreshing cloth to relax your nerves. The on-sight restaurant was great and filled with many options for all tastes. They had daily specials on food and drinks. The hotel is located on a main road filled with shopping and restaurants and minutes from the beach. I would stay there again and I highly recommend.

I’m genuinely surprised by the high ratings for this hotel—it’s hard to believe it’s ranked as the second-best in all of Phuket. The property feels rundown and lacks any real energy or atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was no staff to assist us with our luggage, and we had to carry it ourselves to an open-air lobby with no greeting or welcome. The breakfast buffet is also outdoors, which made for an uncomfortable, sweaty experience in the heat. Our room was disappointing—unclean and very basic, with nothing that made it feel special or worth the price.

Pool access room was great, service was outstanding. Reataurants, currency exchanges assorted street vendors, 7/11 and night market were all quite near. Quiet at night. Beach is a bit of a trek. Overall i enjoyed my stay.
