Location fabulous. View from room was sensational. The amenities great but most of all the team were great . From the moment i arrived and was greeted by NOP and the emergency person Ton I felt i was in good hands. Beautiful place to rest and unwind.

The place was a wonderful place to stay. The easy access to the hotel, beautiful view, and the staff was very kind. Highly recommend the walk out pools as it was so nice to dip into the water after a long hot day at night.

Great resort with very friendly staff, Honey was excellent in check-in and check-out. The resort had everything you need to enjoy a relaxed holiday. Every meal was superb and the all inclusive package was really all inclusive - highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The permanent team of gardeners keep the hotel and grounds looking top notch. Some of the properties are quite high up a steep hill but they have carts to accommodate guest movement. Breakfast was amazing with ample choice.

Great view of the bay right when you check in. Staff are very nice and friendly. All speak english. We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away. Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing. This is bay far the beat hotel, resort and room/villa I've ever stayed at. Room servicw food was delicious. American cuisine reminds you of home and the Thai food is authentic.
