Staff was nice. The hand wash soap bottle was completely empty and the shower bottles were not filled either. There was a smoke smell in the room. Otherwise quiet and good for a 1 night stay

We went 24 hours with no tv. One staff member worked on it for an hour, to no avail. We were told Cox would be coming by “in a few minutes” to fix it. After two hours, at 11pm, we gave up. The next day, a different staff member successfully reset and reprogrammed the tv.
