Great Stay! right on the beach. Typical motel no frills. Great Value for Price. Only Negative was our room was above the BBQ station and every night was huge group there partying and BBQ and blocking the Stairs to our room. Was a little annoying and the Garbage bin by the BBQ station was overflowing and not changed in the 4 days we stayed. Hot weather very Stinky

There is no house keeping whatsoever. You have to get your own towels and take out your garbage. Change your own sheets its more like a hostel. No services at all. Office is closed very early nobody there if you need anything. Bed very old and uncomfortable and the shower is awful! No temperature control. Best thing is the location right by the beach. Pictures on website is decieving the rooms are very old and out dated. Much better to stay for the same money or less. Maybe worth 50 bucks a night.

Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette if you want to cook. Our bathroom had mould on the ceiling. They have a narrow check-in window. They even phoned me to check in early as they wanted to go home (even though we would arrive well within the window). Office closes early. The worst part was that our room wasn't even cleaned yet. Dirty floor, dirty dishes, hair in sink, towels in the tub and a USED CONDOM ON THE FLOOR IN THE BEDROOM when we went in. Parking is extremely tight so be advised. The biggest draw is being across the street from the beach, so sweet location in the summer (lots of families hanging out in the parking lot).

Hi, booked this motel just because I y ia closer to the beach with kids. And there was good google review. However we at the time of check in we had to wait in the beach as we arrived later. Good that we allowed to park car inside. When we came back there were two drag users at our door trying to use the drags and hide from the rain(( Rooms are smelly and ugly. Old aircon ia Yoo loud. In a bathroom you can not stay bare feet. However there is Wi-Fi, kettle, coffee, glasses and old towels, good that we could change them between 2-6pm as the room has no ventilation. Any way the only good thing was - close beach. Will never ever come back to this motel. I washed my clothes back at home twice from the smell((

We stayed three nights. The room was clean and standard. We were pleased to have a refrigerator and microwave. Check-in was easy. The location is excellent, right across from the beach. It was a bit difficult to find parking inside the hotel if you're returning late. There's more parking at the back of the building, but it seems very isolated. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and activities for children. The price we paid was reasonable considering it's summer.

There was no daily housekeeping, so the sand that came in from outside our room was tracked inside and was never cleaned up. The front door lock chain pulled the door jam loose from the top corner when I tested the lock chain. My husband had to pound it back together. Any change of linens had to be taken to the desk and exchange there. We will not recommend this place and certainly never return ourselves

So convenient to the beach and restaurants and activities especially the lazy river and the Adventure Park. The rooms were good a little dated but was still very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise from other units.

A busy place

Deadbolt lock was missing, broken and not repaired. Parking lot was full. The greatest advantage of this location is its proximity to the beach. It does have air conditioning.
