Booked last minute as my friends and I decided to extend our trip. Hotel was accommodating I asked for an early check in and although I didn’t end up checking in early they accommodated the request. Was very close to the penticton channel which was great as I just parked at the hotel and walked across the street. Room was clean and spacious, great hotel especially in a pinch.

Yes the room renovated but not well set up as sink was not in the bathroom. Pool was closed with no notice given to us when we made reservation. Should be given a discount because if that. That was important to us to have a pool. Staff members except one all unhappy and abrupt.

Older building no soundproofing. Hear the shower, toilet, fan and other units a/c. You hear the movements of people above and conversations beside you. We had to change rooms after 1st night due to a constant loud thumping noise. To their credit, the staff accomadated our request. Sheet and bedding very low quality and rough. Overall, a lower end budget hotel. Stay only if you are a spound sleeper.
