Very disappointed guest

Pictures on the website does not reflect the hotel. The hotel is outdated (no where near what the pictures show) and smelled musty. Two days in a row we didn’t have our room cleaned. The third night we had to move rooms because of a water pipe break. There was no manager around to discuss any of our concerns. I’m my opinion very unprofessional. I will say the front desk staff (especially Patricia) went above and beyond to try alleviate our frustration. I will not return to this hotel.

Breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. Staff were almost non-existent and not very knowledgeable. No one at desk to answer calls and no portable phone system so the phone simply rang if you had an issue. Had to go down to the lobby and then ring and wait for someone to actually appear. There was a leak so he had turned the water off not realizing that it would hamper the ability to flush the toilet in some units with no note under the door and no apology. He had to turn the water back on which then started to flood the downstairs corridor and this guy had no maintenance person on call to be able to fix it. Glad we only had one night in this place.

We were only in town for one night but we found everything was excellent. We had pre registered & check in was easy, quick & staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, very clean & well equipped. The hotel was busy but it was very quiet at night. The breakfast offered lots of variety & was perfect to start off the day. Would stay again.
