We had a very good experience at the imperial hotel Charlotte on reception very good All staff excellent Building a little dated corridor a little up and down Overall a nice experience also dinner was well presented

This is our ‘go to hotel’ in Llandudno, had over 12 trips to the Marine Hotel now. Food (breakfast and evening meal) was great, the hotel is always very clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Yes the building is old, was squeaky floorboards but what be you expect for a building a few hundred hundred years ol

Size of room and bathroom. Only complaint is no toastrack at breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location and amazing service from every staff member. Food was wonderful too. We'll be back!

Only one problem parking is very hard to find other than that the hotel is excellent and the restaurant and bows excellent

From start to finish, our stay at Ioxora Hotel was exceptional. Parking was excellent and the well kept surroundings created a great first impression. The reception area had a warm, welcoming ambience, and we were greeted with a genuine smile by the friendly bearded gentleman on check in, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was outstanding, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The Smeg appliances were a nice touch and impeccably clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the temperature controlled rooms made for a perfect night’s sleep. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Ioxora Hotel will definitely be our choice again in the future.
