This is our ‘go to hotel’ in Llandudno, had over 12 trips to the Marine Hotel now. Food (breakfast and evening meal) was great, the hotel is always very clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Yes the building is old, was squeaky floorboards but what be you expect for a building a few hundred hundred years ol

Friendly reception and bar staff. Hotel is a bit faded, but it offers a full service - housekeeping, restaurant, bar, bar meals.. and the best bit is the indoor swimming pool. Amazing - it's huge and quiet....

So so.......

This hotel is clearly in need of some modernisation and a lick of paint! Visually, the interior of the hotel needs a lot of work. Ive read many reviews complaining about how dirty and small their rooms were. This is one thing i couldnt actually complain about as our room was a decent size and clean. We were a bit in the basement and not where most of the other hotel rooms were situated but that didnt bother us. We used the pool in the morning. Again, this is quite dated but we enjoyed our morning dip! The 2 day stay was adequate for us but dont think id stay here again.

Condition of hotel was of a low standard.First room offered was in need of a compleate refurb.moved to second room which was a little better. On reflection dont think i would stay again unless major overhaul of hotel had been compleated.

I felt like the hotel could have done with a revamp . Although some areas like the restaurant and bar area were good some areas needed attention like the floor boards upstairs creaking when walked on . Bedrooms were clean but bathrooms need updating . If you’re not expecting much then this is the place to stay . Food was delicious morning and night and the staff are very friendly and willing to help but seriously it does need decor bringing up to date

Lovely hotel we had a great room on first floor shower was a bit on the small side breakfast was good self service nice bar prices about average for hotel there is a swimming pool but we didn't get around to using it

Stayed here in July 2025 and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very old and probably needs a facelift. I booked a separate room for my kids and it was extremely small. Our room was ocean facing and very large. Breakfast was pretty good and a great price! Not sure I would stay again but maybe explore another hotel on the water. But it was clean, staff great and very resonible.
