The staff all lovely and friendly. The hotel is clean. Doesn't smell but it's in need of some TLC. We had a great view from room 405. We'd stay again.

Booked last minute as visiting for a family party. Twin room with sea view. Suitable for our needs. Comfortable beds. Plenty of tea,coffee and milk in room. Lovely breakfast. All staff encountered helpful and polite. Would stay again.

Short break with siblings.

Overall a very pleasant stay with my sister , brother and sister in law. The place was a little tired but that didn't detract from the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a swim in the pool - was lovely and warm.

An old hotel but traditional in decor and clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant and breakfast plentiful. Waiter at breakfast very friendly and chatty to all ( brummie ). This is my 3rd visit, & hope to come again in autumn.

Get what you pay for

Room was cold but the porter got a heater. Toilet had leaked over night so the bathroom floor was soaked in the morning. Window didn't shut properly had to stuff towels in-between to stop the draft and radiator wasn't heating up correctly but the night porter got us a portable heater. You get what you pay for in life
