The TV had a different welcome name in it when we entered the room. The air conditioning was not fully working and stopped during the night. Staff was super nice and the breakfast was very hearty.

twice I have visited this hotel in the last year and both times received rude and dismissive service at the front desk from the same individual. The rest of the employees were engaging, kind and courteous, but this person needs to be removed from the check in desk. I did not get her name but she was on-desk at approximately 1pm today

Restaurant did not open for Breakfast

We have stayed many times at Best Western Pembroke, however this stay was terrible, we were in the basement and was a terrible sleep because of the outside activities - including car headlight directly into the room.. we thoroughly enjoy the restaurant, which was to be open at 6AM, we waited but had to leave, and restaurant was not open at 6:30 - VERY disappointing .. it was terrible that we will not stay at this Best Western again.

Hotel was in a good location for our needs, the room was great we stayed in a standard king, it was a very spacious room with a small kitchen area that had a sink, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker, there was a small seating area that had two comfortable chairs and foot stool. It was very quiet hotel we never heard any banging doors or kids running around. Would stay here again that’s for sure

Check in was fine; our room was on the bottom floor - odd smell and very humid. There was a dehumidifier in our room that we had to turn off. The A/C unit made a rattling sound when it kicked on - also had to turn that off. Hotel is showing its signs of age. Also the "free" breakfast is very very basic. Better off heading to Tims across the road.

Terrible service

Upon arrival to this hotel that one of my grandmother managed until she retired. I wasn’t able to pay for our room or deposit without a major credit card. I was in pembroke to visit my grandmother on her death bed. And because of not getting checked in I didn’t get to see her Friday night. I lost hours of vital time with her. The staff would not help accommodate us or even accept a $1000 deposit. The front desk lady was not hospitable. To work in customer service and treat a customer like that was unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again which is heartbreaking as it holds years of precious memories.

Fantastic hotel for families

THE PERFECT ACCOMMODATIONS For Our family. They have a great pool area and a fantastic gym for those who like to use it while away. The rooms were very clean. The included breakfast was the best we have ever had at any hotel. You order off a menu and it is made fresh to order. Wil definitely be staying here again when in the area for river rafting.
