The front desk was very nice and the breakfast was good but coffee ran out and fresh orange juice was not available the room was very small and the cleaners didnt come on the saturday which was a disapointment after a day on the streets.

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend my scheduled stay at the hotel due to a misrepresentation by my travel agent. The financial implications are particularly concerning, as I was required to pay for the full £265.98 even though I did not travel. The travel agency and the hotel management are currently pointing fingers at each other.I would have appreciated it more if the hotel can hold my money for my stay there on my next travel . We had a good stay overall. The room was small, as expected, but clean. Soundproofing was weak, so we often heard doors, voices, and the elevator early in the morning. Some areas, especially the elevator, felt a bit dirty or smelly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, though I noticed small flies a couple of times. The neighborhood gave mixed impressions—some streets felt unsafe at night—yet there were many cafés nearby and two metro stations with easy access to the city center.

It was a genuinely lovely property within easy reach of several metro stations. It was easy to reach the big attractions within 20mins. It was also quiet and away from the massive crowds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfy. I will go back.

A soon as we arrived, staff made us feel welcome. A good hotel for somewhere to sleep. Room was clean, but very small. Thin walls, could hear next doors tv (was on very loud though) Breakfast room was lovely, a nice selection of continental foods. Good location for the metro and buses, about 5/10 min walk and just €2.50. This was needed as quite away from city centre. Luggage storage for no extra charge on day of departure.

Excellent value hotel - just 5 min flat walk to Jules Jo metro with super convenient Monoprix supermarket en route. Area is very safe with Sacre Coeur 10-15 away. Hotel is clean with an impressive breakfast selection considering the price of the room. Hotel operates 24/7 with very friendly, professional staff. Rooms are adequately sized, with good sized shower rooms. Would recommend for anyone wanting a well-priced hotel room in this area - great for families too. Would stay again no question. Thank you for a super comfortable stay in Paris.

Staff here are excellent, especially the kitchen staff, they kept breakfast going and didn’t stop! Rooms are small but clean, showers are tiny and temperature swings from cold to nuclear hot!! But they work and it’s only a small thing to complain about. Would stay here again.

Small rooms and no parking

The listing said parking available. Nope. The desk clerk told us to go to the yes garage and put it in my GPS and there was nothing there. Had to park a mile away. The location is nice but room is very small.

Okay stay in Paris

When I arrived, the elevator was out of order, something the receptionist failed to disclose until after I had paid for the stay. She did assist with getting my luggage to my 2nd floor room, however, stairs are not easy for me to navigate with a bad knee. It was repaired before I checked out, but only the night before. The room is tiny and would not be good for sharing with anyone other than a spouse/partner. No privacy for the shower and the toilet is in a tiny closet sized space. Additionally, when I returned to the hotel on the 1st night after a bit of sightseeing, the night clerk insisted that I show my room key prior to returning to my room. The hotel isn’t really close to anything.

As expected for the price but expect no frills. The shower was small and cramped and the room felt shoehorned into the building, but overall clean with friendly staff. That said, for the price during the rugby world cup it was ok, but don’t overpay for this.
