This property was perfect for my college - age son and me (mom) for spring break. We had 2 twin beds, which was something I really wanted. The bathroom was surprisingly large - tub/shower, sink, toilet, bidet. It was clean, and housekeeping came every day. The République metro stop is literally right in front of the hotel (like on the sidewalk between the hotel and the street), and that was incredibly convenient. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. We arrived back late the night before our departure, and the gentleman at the desk was genuinely concerned about our plan to get to the airport, no doubt ready to give help or direction. We were all set with a transfer, but his concern was really nice. We didn't really explore the neighborhood much, but it seemed fine. I went to a nice boulangerie around the corner. There were several US fast food restaurants in the square. We didn't go, but it did make it seem like a tourist friendly area. Definitely recommend. Would stay there again. Good value.

An incredible place to stay for a few days in Paris! You’re literally steps away from the subway—right outside the front door—making it super easy to explore the entire city. I didn’t even need to use Uber once because the local transportation was so convenient and simple to navigate. It made getting around Paris a breeze!

This was a perfect place to stay for a nice trip to Paris. Well located to utilize the metro. Pleasantly clean. The staff were all wonderful!

Room didn’t have any air conditioning. We were forced to leave the balcony door open every other hour (even while sleeping) to get some fresh air. Room service lady barged into the door twice while my girlfriend was naked. Besides location, I’d avoid this place.

This is an amazing location in an interesting part of the city. The metro station right in front of the building has several useful lines. The staff was great. Breakfast was okay, and there are a lot of other places within a block. Room size was to be expected, but the shower curtain was so short that the bathroom floor regularly had water all over it after a shower because of the power of the shower head. It’s an easy fix, and I don’t understand why the problem even exists. I’d read reviews about the walls being paper thin, which I didn’t experience until my final night there. And then, unfortunately, I felt like I was an unwilling voyeur to a very active couple next door. SO noisy. Certainly not the hotel’s fault, but it was laughably uncomfortable.

Property is right next to exit from M5 line so you can’t have a more convenient location. Rooms are small and dated but have all amenities.shower is the smallest I have ever used in my life , needed a bit of adjustment to ensure you don’t hit the walls. Staff especially the older gentleman was very friendly and we had a good conversation with him. Balcony provided lovely views of Republique .

Wonderful staff. Very clean.

The staff were so helpful they couldn’t do enough for us. Everything was very clean. The building is not new so the condition of the building reflected its age. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff made up for the limitations of this hotel. Although ultimately it was a perfectly fine stay- it is a very noisy hotel- from street and surrounding rooms, including above. It is a bit outside of the area most tourists want to be in, but because of this- the price point is better per night. Fortunately, there is a Metro stop right outside the front door, which was a plus. I did not opt for breakfast at the hotel, but it is offered for an extra charge.
