Unfortunately, we aren’t happy with the service. They locked us out, when they claim they have 24/7 front desk service. We were almost late for our train. We were knocking and calling for 20 minutes without knowing when/if they would come back!!
I paid more for the room with Notre Dame view, but they gave me one with a tiny window were you had to open it to look outside, I will attach pictures.
When people were in the corridor you could hear them, we woke up many times. When they opened their door was as if they were opening our door.
The rooms are nicely renovated with good toiletries. Good aircon. Nice and clean.
Their breakfast costs too much for what it is, but quality is ok. Per person they offer 1 croissant, 1 tiny pain au chocolate, 1 other pastry, piece of baguette, jam, 1 yogurt, coffee or tea and juice. You can eat cheaper anywhere around.
