The experience at this hotel was great. Staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you are visiting most museums like de Louvre, st chapelle, Hotel Deville, Notre Dame, the seine river is just 2 blocks away, Even the Pantheon is within walking distance. Different metro, RER and bus stops within 1 block distance. Hotel is clean, room was clean, I read many reviews complaining of being too small but ours had good space and even a balcony, never felt cramped. Room had a 18th century decoration which match the decoration all around the hotel (saw some reviews complaining about that but that’s the style hotel chose). Breakfast: had a variety of options, eggs, sausage, bean, salami ham, different kind of cheese and pastry. Also yogurt and juices. Overall excellent experience at this hotel. Would return to this hotel when coming back to Paris.

Very good location

The location is fantastic, very central, 20' walking from Le Louvre and 2' from the train straight to CDG airport. The hotel is overall ok, breakfast is nice and the bed is comfortable, but the room is incredibly small. WiFi is terrible

Great location, some facilities not quite right

Hotel is well located for seeing Paris. Very lively area with bars and places to eat. This didn’t disturb us at all. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I was disappointed that there was not a shower at head level, maybe this is just a French design? The breakfast room was also very beautiful but quite noisy and echoey.

Loved the location and the staff. It is the best spot to stay in Paris as you can get to everywhere from there. Metro Station is literally a couple of steps away from Hotel entrance. Def. recommending and staying at this hotel again!

The hotel is close to several Metro lines. Just around the corner there is a block of street where many small restaurants (with different ethnic foods) open all evening (some open until 2 AM).

Cozy hotel in the city

This hotel is located in the city. It’s easy to access many places in Paris. 10 min walk to Louvre and more. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the are. The receptionist was super professional and friendly. We found a pack of French sweets and 2 bottles water in our room. The room was small but I guess this is European standard in the city.

Hôtel was clean, quaint, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly The breakfast was good. My only concern with the hotel was the WIFI which was unstable and slow which made planning our excursions very difficult.

Everything awesome but the Internet.

Internet was spotty and completely went out. It's the only issue with the hotel. Everything else was wonderful including the breakfast and the reception staff--they were both exceptional.

They upgraded us to a suite and we didnt even ask for that. It was very nice penthouse. Also held our bags after checkout so we could walk around more and get lunch before our train. They also gave us plates and a wine cork so we could enjoy our wine and cheese in the room. Very nice. Its in a hopping area of paris, close to everything, tons of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Also close is Notre Dame and all the sites along the river.

The hotel location was great round the corner was the chatelet metro. Staff were very helpful, however pictures of rooms were very deceiving and small. Breakfast was very busy and no seatsavailable to sit down. But overall a lovelt hotel.
