Not too bad.

The breakfast and the coffee was absolute trash.... Pancake batter was old. The coffee was watered down or week as f****. Staff would always hide anytime. I walked in front of the front desk. There was never a front desk person there. They were always in the back.. polite when they are there.

Date: 03/29/2025 Date reported to hotel staff 03/29/2025 On March 28, 2025, my family checked into Ramada by Wyndham in Pensacola Florida. We were on the fourth floor in room 406 around 11 AM. I began experiencing flu or cold like symptoms, a itchy, throat, itchy, eyes, coughing, and just generally felt ill by 5 AM Acan wheezing and a itchy throat became very irritated and inflamed by 10:30 AM. I developed tonsil stones and I’m now feeling some pain in my throat due to the irritation. At approximately 10:15 AM I noticed mold on the Hvac vent covers a sample has been taken and retained . Hotel staff will be notified at check out due the time I discovered the mode we hade to pack and get ready to check out. Additionally, at checkout, I did ask for a discount or partial refund I received neither.
