The door didnt lock, the wardrobe door was iff its hinges rhe power plugs next the bed were obscured and took a person to get on jands and knees to try and access the power point. Over all needs some work to make it safe for customers

Just go to single room was nice and tidy comfortable, but you had to fill the jug in the bathroom sink. Base channels on TV couldn’t cast my phone to the TV to watch Netflix or anything. Apart from that really nice and polite place was tidy and clean. I’d stay there again.

Outside our room, the porch had lots of cobweb and a build up of leaves. Day 4 the leaves were vacuumed, by cobwebs remained. I wanted to pay with my card at the desk so not to incur the surcharge. The person responsible for billing was unavailable, and told she usually sorts this out. Paid for the surcharge as my card was billed.

The unit is too hot inside 4 guests inside with 1 electric fan , no air condition . I booked our accommodation 1 month earlier and I suggested if we can have downstairs as we have 2 seniors to get up on high stairs and not safe at all. The guy from the counter was not friendly and rude! Never come back again on this motel.

We stayed in room 7 it was a bit noisy being right beside the road and also the heli pad for the hospital across the road. We were out most of the day, so only really noticed the sbove shen we were in the room. Overall was a great stay, we will be recommending your place to our whanau & friends.
