Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Our experience at the Sheraton Tokoriki Resort in Fiji was far below expectations, especially considering the cost. Service was painfully slow — we waited over 40 minutes just to get a drink, and our food never even arrived. The staff were friendly, but overall service felt unorganized, lazy, and forgetful, which really took away from the experience. The food was extremely expensive for what you get, with very little variety and mediocre quality. Some dishes were even burned, and my chicken wrap had bone fragments inside. Cocktails were poorly made — some even had fruit peels left in them, which felt careless. While the rooms looked modern, the bed was uncomfortable, and we even found geckos inside our room. Overall, this resort does not live up to Sheraton’s usual standards. The setting is beautiful, but the service, food, and management quality were a major letdown. We left feeling disappointed and would not recommend staying here given the high price and low value.

Beautiful island hotel with everything you need for a relaxing break. Its a small hotel and everyone is so friendly. Plenty of sun bed around the pool area, and you can walk straight onto the beach into pristine water. Snorkelling was so much fun, hotel staff took you out to the coral reef by speed boat.

The resort was beautiful and the staff treated us like royalty the whole trip even got to know our names and gave us complimentary goods throughout the trip the only down side is that there is no other option for food because of the location so you are forced to pay and eat the hotel food that was overpriced for what was on the menu

The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we were warmly greeted by a Fijian band upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and our room had a nice garden with a stunning ocean view. However, there were some major downsides. The food was quite bland and very overpriced. Unfortunately, my partner suffered from food poisoning during our stay, he fainted in the bathroom, injured his nose, and split his lips. When we called for emergency assistance, the nurse seemed completely unprepared and inexperienced. He even asked us what we wanted him to do about my partner’s injuries and only had basic bandages, which weren’t suitable for lips. We had to manage the situation ourselves until the following days. Additionally, our room was right next to the helipad, making it very noisy in the mornings.

We have no words to explain how sad we were to leave this resort. In just 9 days, the staff became so warm and familiar that saying goodbye felt like leaving our own family behind. If it’s your first time in Fiji (or even if you’ve been before), this resort is a must — the hospitality, atmosphere, and care from the team truly make it unforgettable. A very special thank you to Elikai, who went above and beyond to make us feel so special throughout our entire stay. We are beyond grateful and will cherish these memories forever. We’re going to miss you so much, Sheraton, and we can’t wait to come back!

We are a repeat visitor of Sheraton Tokoriki. My son loved the kids club and Leila so much he wanted to come back and visit her! She goes out of her way to make all the kids feel special, she is the lifeblood of the kids club and it's very noticeable when she's not there. We had a wonderful stay, the island is beautiful, with the reef directly in front and great snorkeling.

We had the most incredible stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki! Everything from the room, to the food, to the staff was absolutely fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfy, and our room was made spotless every day by housekeeping. The food was delicious, well made and fresh, with plenty of options between 2 restaurants. The staff were the highlight of our stay, they are extremely welcoming and friendly, treating all guests as though they are family. We couldn’t fault our stay. Hopefully one day we can come back!

The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. I wasn’t feeling well, and Funmike (one of the F&B managers) arranged for the chef to make me congee, sent it to our room with fresh coconut and fruits. Thank you for making our stay so special, a beautiful home away from home.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Sheraton Tokoriki and could not have been happier with our choice. The property and rooms are good they do have some wear and tear but nothing that makes the stay any less than amazing. The views from the property are breathtaking and never get old. But the real reason you should stay at the Sheraton is the people. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed and treated as family. The staff takes the effort to learn your name and is always greeting you with a Bula and smile.

As a family of six we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sheraton Tokoriki Island. Kids aged between 21 and 15. The food was really good however it would have been nice to have more lunch friendly options like BLT's or sandwiches and also an ice-cream /ice block bar. Breakfast buffet was great, and dining was lovely in both restaurants for our weeklong stay. Snorkelling off the beach, the pool area and surroundings were great - possibly a few more umbrellas available for the upper pool loungers as that sun is intense! The staff were amazing and accommodating as always....friendly and fun. The sunset beach area (not part of the resort) was full of rubbish washed up onto the shore, that was a real shame and had we known, would've taken a few bags over to collect some of it. I realise this is owned by others and not the Sheraton. We loved our time at this resort and will be back one day :)

Awesome relaxing place, beautiful water and reef surround with great snorkling. Chef Josh and all the staff were really friendly and went out of their way with any requests. Highly recommend.
