You cannot beat the location. Steps from Piazza San Marco, and a relatively short walk to Ponte de Rialto, and of course great restaurants and shopping all around. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was great - nicely updated and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have breakfast included, though I would likely eat out if I were to do it again as there are better options. The only thing holding this back from a five star review is the smell, which is tough to get past. It wasn’t noticeable in the room, but once you stepped into the hallway, it was incredibly strong. If you can get past that, it is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional location.

I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean.

Lovely bedroom, we upgraded to a canal view, which was well worth it and had a small balcony over looking the canal basin where to gondolas park at night. Staff super helpful. Bed very comfortable. The location was perfect, just off St Marks Square, making getting the Alilaguna Water bus to/from the airport super easy. Breakfast plentiful. Great stay.

Breakfast was good and room clean

Excellent breakfast. Very clean with every necessary amenity and convenience. Our stay exceeded expectations. The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! So helpful and welcoming. Truly special. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!!

*In the morning (only stayed 1 night) found bed bug. Took video and showed employee. *Booked a family of 4, only 3 bath towels provided. So I went to the lobby, which was empty and was about to ask for another towel, when two groups of new customers arrived and tried to cut line, with the employees approval (after all, I already booked). Tired of this line cutting, I insisted that I be helped. *slight unpleasant smell permeated the hotel * Location was near St. Mark's which was a plus.
