Great front desk, the rest…meh!!

The front desk person was amazing and stayed a little bit late to accommodate our late check in. Unfortunately, that was the best part. It was a 2 bedroom suite. The only air conditioning was in the living room. The bedrooms were hot. The place needed a better cleaning. I don’t usually worry about a bit of dirt here and there, but this was worse. The pool was locked the whole time and I could not get in for a morning swim.

Air conditioner didn't work well. We paid for a full kitchen but it was missing cutlery, basic cooking equipment and kichen cleaning equipment. Rooms were very hot with no way to circulate air.

It was an average place but tooany rules. Quiet at 10, not 11. No smoking anywhere, this is why we got a place in a motel, so we could sit outside at night, have a tea or drink and a smoke. We would never make inside or leave any remains.

The suite satisfied all our needs for the 6 days we were in Osoyoos. Roomy and had everything we needed to dine in. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained. Outdoor BBQ and picnic tables was a bonus. We had a car but anything else we wanted was within walking distance. The people managing the place were always happy and helpful. Will definitely return the next time we're in the Okanagan!!

Completely worn out towels, horrible sofabed

Body Towels and kitchen towel were literally torn all around the edges. Sofabed mattress won the award for most uncomfortable ever. Front desk was unavailable to provide linens during normal busy hours. Insufficient linens provided for number of guests booked.
