The staff were very helpful and made our stay during special by the festive decorations, having Christmas snacks available, had a person dress as a Christmas tree, and placing a snack fill holiday boot on our doors for Christmas Day. The room was spotless. The room had pajamas, and slippers. We got a connecting room for our family. The hotel looks newer and more modern compared to the surrounding area.

It was great hospitality from Karaksa. Especially appreciate to Ms. Ko(can not remember full name). I have lost my passport that urgently book here where close to Korean Consultancy. Great location and friendly staff. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby were a bonus. Room was good, but a little cramped. Not much room for suitcases. Biggest issue was the air conditioning that didn’t work that well. Couldn’t get the room cool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location but nice and quiet. Staff are kind and very helpful. The free drinks were AMAZING and what we loved the most. Cons: The windows weren’t able to open, so it was little bit stuffy and the aircon didn’t go low enough to for us to feel cool. But it’s only a small detail.

Not the best ambiance but the hotel is super practical. You can quickly get to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi but avoids the crowds. Great dining options right next to hotel. I loved the coffee and soda machines in the lobby. The A/C is not the best and don't provide smart TVs.
