The staff and service were excellent! They were super respectful and patient to foreigners. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. I found hair sticked on the wall of the shower room, which was quite noticeable, and it was there all the time for our stay. Also, there was one dirty sock near the sofa, which was quite noticeable too, it was such a surprise for the stay. What’s more, the floor under the bed was covered in dust, seems to be neglected from cleaning for a long while.

The location was paramount for sightseeing, shopping and there is a plethora of dining options. We liked the condition of the room and property. The beds weren't comfortable for us. We did not like that the windows were covered in a frosted glass and couldn't see through them to the outside. While we appreciated the availability of complementary beverages, it would be nice if there was a seating area to enjoy them. We were not permitted to sit in the lobby in the mornings unless we purchased breakfast. After looking at the breakfast offerings and the cost, we chose to eat elsewhere. If you have trouble with the air-conditioning unit in your room, do not hesitate to contact the front desk. They were helpful in that regard.

2 interconnecting rooms for a fam of 5. Reasonable price, and loved the location, it really was the best. You can really feel the vibe around you. Short walk to Dotonbori, although not a fan of that area as too crowded and so much going on! Plenty of great places to eat, convenien e stores and super easy walk to metro stations, even with luggage. Just use the local laundromat 90m away rather then their machines. Staff spoke english beautifully. Rooms were light and airy and it was nice to have 2 seperate sleeping spaces towards the end of our trip.

Bed was huge. Room was clean. Love that there are pajamas and slippers in the room. The staff are very friendly and attentive to everything. Breakfast was great. Matcha tea is also included in the drink option which I also like. Love everything about this place. Will definitely stay here again.
