Beautiful Hotel and very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Osaka Castle is right across the water with a wonderful view from the room. Several shops and restaurants are near by and the train station is at a walking distance. We ordered room service and dinner was delicious. Would definitely recommend and if given the chance I would stay there again.

What a wonderful stay !! The hotel Staff is the best. Our room is very spacious the Japanese bath is one real great experience. There is a Nakura train stop typical Japanese small restaurant that is so affordable and served delicious food close to the hotel. The pajamas and hotrl goodies are the best. I highly recommend this hotel if I ou want prace and serenity after a long exploration of the city of Tokyo. By w the way the Hotel buffet is so enjoyable with delightful choices of food.

Overall very professional service and is well maintained for an older hotel suitable for more business stays over family. The main reason for the low score on facilities is that the pool and healt facilities was restricted no guests under 18 that wasn't clearly communicated on check in and neither on their website or Expedia's listing of this hotel

Very beautiful hotel. When we first arrived we thought we went to the wrong hotel with how nice it looked. Staff greeted us as soon as we got off the taxi. They helped bring our luggage to the front desk to check in, check in was very fast and seamless and they brought out luggages upstairs for us. They upgraded our room to a bigger size which was very nice since it gave us room to spread out with our luggages. They have two(maybe three) restaurants in the hotel so if you wanted to get food without leaving the hotel there’s options. Our only complaint is that the rooms does look older than what we expected since seeing the lobby of the hotel. The beds were on the harder side and pillows were kind of flat. The train station is a 5 mins walk from the hotel and there’s a 7/11 right around the corner from the hotel. Overall, I would recommend if you’re looking to stay in Osaka.

Wonderful stay near Osaka castle.

The room was spacious and clean, and included nice amenities like a morning newspaper, a welcome drink at the bar and morning coffee via room service. Service was excellent as well. The pool and fitness centre staff are also very helpful and made for a pleasant experience. Of course the view of Osaka castle is also beautiful, especially at night.

Outstanding in every way. Wonderful staff so helpful polite and courteous nothing was too much trouble. Room was large comfortable and clean. A short walk to the Osaka loop line station and also next to the castle. Do yourself a favour and stay here when in Osaka.
