We booked the hotel without knowing it’s a five star hotel. It meets all the standards for a five star hotel - from staff, service, amenities to quality of bakery. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

Very convenient location. The staff was lovely and attentive and kindly upgraded our room to Castle view for our engagement celebrations. The breakfast was varied offering options between Japanese and continental breakfast.

Quiet area after day of exploring Osaka

Great hotel close to Osaka Castle and walking distance to train station. Need couple train swaps to go to where action is near Dotonbori canal
