The TV in the room mwas only 32 inches and was positioned perpendicular to the bed, they could mount an expandable bracket so that you could at least face it towards the bed, and also increase the size. The room did have a weird smell, I am guessing its since the hotel is pet friendly. Other than that I enjoyed that it was very quiet and the staff were wonderful.

Perfect family vacation space

The two room suite was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and comfortable. It was always quiet, the room was clean. The shower was a bit of a struggle as the water wouldn’t fully go from the spout to the shower head and the toilet seat was very wobbly; needs some maintenance. But overall I would highly recommend this location; it was great!

We were visiting Disney and it is in the perfect location. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great; we all loved the Mickey waffles. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay.

Last year when i stayed at the hotel i did not get charged the extra 100+ to park and they required it this time without communicating this on the front side.. they waited until we were there in Florida with no other options to tell us.. this is basically entrapment/cornering someone to do something they dont want to do. Then everynight we were there there was a group of 10-15 kids in a baseball group making it unpleasant for the others to stay and relax on thier vacation stay

The property is in a location not far from theme parks, but far enough to enjoy the peace away from them. The front desk provided excellent service, and all the employees I encountered were very friendly.

I liked how close it was to Disney World but I don’t appreciate how after filling out a lost claim form they still couldn’t find my item when I clearly described and showed proof where the item was left in the room. I have one sad kid here.

Quick over night stay

Wanted to stay close in Clermont. Was drawn in by the reviews and price. Upon check in, noticed parking was pay by phone, $15 per day. The staff at check in was slightly attentive, asked for id and did the check in. The building was clean, room was clean. The stay was average.

This property is truly exceptional! With top-notch amenities and services, every dollar spent feels completely worth it. The breakfast spread has everything you could want—plus, I absolutely loved the Mickey Mouse waffles! 😍 The location is super convenient—close to Target, Five Below, and other great stores—and there’s even a Starbucks right inside the hotel. They also offer a free shuttle to Disney, which made everything even easier. The swimming pool was spotless, and they provide towels right by the pool area. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We needed to stay a bit past our checkout time, and they generously allowed us an extra 5 hours for free. Truly above and beyond!
