- Pillows were very small and solid hurting your neck when you slept. We asked for additional pillows and we were provide with only one (1) more. - Bedroom floors were filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - AC was dripping water. - Small towels, soap and tiny shampoo and conditioner. I could go on but I'm not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff (excluding the manager when we checked-in). If you are not majorly bothered by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, this is the place for you.

The stay itself was fine but I have to say that I am extremely displeased with my experience at the Tryp Wyndham Orlando. In the middle our stay, my card was charged an additional THREE HUNDRED FORTY TWO DOLLARS because of an “overnight” technical glitch. I spoke with Andrew, who jumped into action and had the charge cancelled, however, I had to wait a ONE WEEK for my money to be returned which put a damper on expenses for the rest of the trip and bills that I had scheduled to pay. When my bank agreed to release my funds if the hotel sent a letter on an official letterhead, I was told that could not be done due to “legal reasons”. Also, for my inconvenience, I was told that I would be given 2 free stays to any Wyndham property and that the voucher would be emailed to me.. it has been a week and I haven’t heard nor been sent ANYTHING. I am extremely unsatisfied, to say the least and will not be staying at this location again. I have to also mention that Angela at the front desk was amazing from the first day we arrived, I had to shout her out for sure!

Overall great accommodations. Stayed in family style room with bunk beds. Very impressed. Clean, quiet, and right down street from IHOP & Dunkin Donuts, amongst other dining and convenience store options. Only thing I did not appreciate is Housekeeping continuously entering our room when the sign on door clearly indicated that we did not want service that day and front desk giving me the excuse that they are Spanish-speaking and are just not getting it and can't read it. Are you serious?!! I would have secured all our stuff like I do on days I know they're coming inside. Instead, everything was unlocked and open and spread out everywhere. My work laptop could have been compromised. No free breakfast or anything was offered, nor did management reach out to me.

Amazing Place!

Amazing stay as usual! Staff was great and very friendly, room was clean! Only thing I'd say they need to do is upgrade to smart TVs, there's no Netflix, Hulu, etc. Available, just basically cable with not many channels.
